  Had to ship a package - and had to ship it that day. Had they been open I would have used FedEx in the Shop Rite plaza across the street - and it would have saved me $20. I don't think UPS is that expensive, but this seems to be a privately owned store with a significant upcharge. Outside of cost - the staff was friendly and helpful and the store was neat and clean, but when cost differences are that significant, I'll go elsewhere any chance I get.

  Owned by a lovely couple who currently just took over . Despite the reviews under me, I was pleased to have such quality customer service . The new management is just what this location needed. As I visit and use the location frequently . My concerns were a priority and so was my package . The new manager reminds me of a time when shops were ran privately and not by a cooperation . Which means the quality customer service was 100% more attentive to my needs. Old location. New owners

  I would give zero stars if possible. They were rude and charged me $6 for a little piece of tape because the tape I applied was peeling by the shipping label.
